What is our return policy?
Cravings has been baking cookies for 25 years. We take great pride in our quality and customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Cravings, please return it with a copy of your receipt. We will either credit or replace your purchase.
Can I ship to Multiple addresses?
Yes. We can ship orders to multiple addresses. If you are shipping multiple recipients at one there is still a delivery fee per recipient. Two gift items can typically fit into one box.
How can I check status on a order?
Please call our toll free number 772-231-0208 Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. We will be happy to assist you.
Is there sales tax?
There is no sales tax on food.
Will Cravings confirm my order online?
After you complete your order on the website you should receive a confirmation. If a confirmation fails to be completed your order will not be received.
Can Cravings assist with customized business orders or large orders?
Cravings has an easy an inexpensive procedure to customize gift tins with your logo. the minimum order for printing is 24 tins. The gift tins can then be filled as needed. We will also offer your company a 10% discount.
What type of shipping do we use?
Cravings ship FedEx 2nd air only. Our shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. If you require FedEx next day air service, please contact us directly at 772-231-0208 and we will do our best to take care of your order.
